Product Description
Profile-Line Twin Plain Tile Vents are a neat, cleverly designed in-line range suitable for the most popular concrete interlocking roof tiles, with a minimum pitch of 20.5°. The built-in downpipe provides a direct ventilation path into the roof space, covering an area of 7,850mm2 to help to reduce the build up of mold growth and structural damage, caused by damp, poorly ventilated roofs. While it can also be used as a terminal for soil and ventilation pipes and mechanical extraction systems too when used with an adaptor and Flexipipe. Profile-Line Twin Plain Tile Vents have been specially developed to suit leading tile manufacturers, including Redland Duo Plain, Marley Ashmore and Forticrete Gemini. When used with Forticrete Germini we recommend a minimum pitch of 25°, a small notch may need to be taken out at the bottom of the concrete tile. The in-line design makes the vent virtually invisible in the roof line and is available in a wide variety of colours to match the roof tiles.
